Cast Iron Griddle/Comal
BEFORE USE Wash cookware in hot, soapy water,

lightly oil surface and preheat over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes
before first use.

CAUTION! DO NOT USE IN MICROWAVE.Do not use on top of a glass stove or cool on a glass stove surface, as it could damage or break your stovetop. Do not cut food directly in the pan. Do not put cookware in the freezer or go directly from the refrigerator to the oven or the stovetop, as extreme changes in temperature will damage cookware surfaces.
CLEANING Allow cookware to cool completely before washing. Wash by hand in warm, soapy water. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive scouring pads. To clean baked-on stains, soak in hot, soapy water or in a solution of hot water and 2 teaspoons of baking soda. You can also use a food brush to remove food particles. Dry completely. Store cookware in a dry place. DO NOT PLACE IN DISHWASHER.
Fajita Sizzler
BEFORE USE Wash cookware in hot, soapy water, using a sponge or a dishcloth. Rinse and dry. For best results, lightly oil surface and preheat over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes before first use.
