Cast Iron Griddle/Comal

Do not put cookware in the freezer or go directly from the refrigerator to the oven or the stovetop, as extreme changes in temperature will damage cookware surfaces.

CLEANING Allow cookware to cool completely before washing. Wash by hand in warm, soapy water. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive scouring pads. To clean baked-on stains, soak in hot, soapy water or in a solution of hot water and 2 teaspoons of baking soda. You can also use a food brush to remove food particles. Dry completely. Fajita Sizzler
